If you want some hits

I just got back safely from Perth. I got some photos of sunsets which I should be able to share later.

I have been thinking about blog statistics lately and I want to share some tips.

It seems to me that if you want really good visits from people you should discuss the following in your blog:

1. Discuss something critical or controversial, like criticize some folk etc.
2. Discuss how-to-s like - how to be a better so and so etc.

Now, the following is a no-no, the following will surely get your post ignored and get the reader the impression you are boring and uninteresting...

3. Discuss something devotional... like the Gospel.

The gospel does attract some of us. Come to think of it, the gospel is controversial. And when the law preceeds the gospel, it's critical too.

I agree with J.K. Jones.

The gospel, handed over without strings attached, is a real bee-hive whomper.

L.P., would you mind if I put a link to your site from mine?

I would not mind, absolutely, yes bro please go ahead, in fact I shall be most honored if you do.

I shall be organizing blogging friends link too, soon.

You guys should explain to me what a bee-hive whomper is.

I got something for photos for you guys, something I believe you will appreciate.

To “whomp” is to strike very hard with an object like a bat or a club.

Picture a white, box-like bee-hive like the ones that bee farmers in the US use. Many honeybees, with their sharp stingers, are contained within layers of material. These layers can be removed so the farmer can get to the honey.

The word-picture is of a person hitting the side of the bee hive with a baseball bat. Someone’s going to get stung.
